Return Policy

All sales are final unless a mistake is made in a listing or damaged during shipping. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, I’m happy to send additional photos or information to help confirm your selection!

 Shipping Policy

The artist will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders promptly. All smaller paintings will be shipped via UPS or USPS. Note that any painting that is larger than 48"x48" will be un-stretched, rolled and shipped with stretcher bars in a tube for re-stretching. You can take to a local framer for re-stretching that will likely cost around $100-$200. We can also discuss freight shipping! All larger paintings that are not rolled will have a separate invoice. The Artist is not responsible for delays or damages incurred during shipping.

Terms & Conditions

All intellectual property rights in the Artwork remain the property of the Artist. Purchasing Artwork does not grant any rights or licenses to reproduce, distribute, or display the Artwork for commercial purposes without the Artist's express permission

Privacy Policy

By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The Artist may collect personal identification information from Users in various ways, including but not limited to when Users visit the Platform, register on the Platform, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, or fill out a form. Personal identification information may include, but is not limited to, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and payment information.
